I love this place! I have not gone to one since last year… But years ago I used to go all the time they had a secret sauce on the Jumbo Jack (This was back when they were about a buck). And no it was not the Thousand Island Sauce it was a white sauce and it was unique but I would always get a couple Jumbo Jacks with extra sauce so good!

First of all, you’re dumb. Second, the person who wrote that isn’t really Jack from JITB, that guy is fictional (doesn’t exist) so he isn’t driving away customers. Third, learn to spell. Fourth, if it happens all the time, learn. Don’t use the drive-through, ask them to read your order back, check it before you leave the parking lot, don’t just do it over and over and expect different results. Today we went to the local JiB located on Pocatello Creek Road in Pocatello Idaho.
Ordered a chicken strip dinner and was ask if we wanted curly or regular fries. We chose curly fries then when paying we ask about the total price and was told the there was a 30 cent upcharge for curly fries. This is the first we have experienced this.
When I pull up the price list on the web you show a ten cent deference between the two fries. The ten cent up price is questionable but why the 30 cent when added to a combo meal?
The reason I am questioning this one item is that we were watching the price because I feel that we have been overcharged at this location during previous visits.
Even though this location is near our home, it is now of our list.
I have never been to this place but I really would like to some day but if your getting bad reviews that’s questionable…….

The Jacks Blazin chicken looks like has been discontinued it is not on the website at Jack in The Box so you may want to remove it from the list .
Occasionally we go to Jack-in-box for a quick meal in Vista, Calif., on Sycamore Ave. Unfortunately we always recieve the wrong order and they over charge us. Not happy with the service or their competence.

There’s no listings of Jack’s Munchie Meals. Honestly if you can’t keep up with new products and stuff then you should consider taking the pricing part down. Some of this stuff is so outdated. You could also find most of this stuff on there web site.
Forget ordering snoop munchie meal, it is too salty. I ended up throwing in the trash and it is too expensive. It’s $14 + for a meal.
Jack once made a burger called an All-American Jack. It was my favourite fast food burger! Last time I tried to order it I was told they don’t make them any more. Don’t seem right. Who makes these capricious decisions!?

The prices listed are incorrect, for almost every item, i’ve seen some varying prices before, especially among Franchises, but these prices are way too high. The one i frequent is cheaper than most, but that is usually only a price difference of 10-20 cents among corporate jack in the boxes, mean while a 1.29 big cheeseburger is listed at 3.19 and a 4.59 sourdough jack is listed at $6, 99 cent tacos listed at 1.27. etc. this information is unreliable.
On the other end of the spectrum, the prices listed are all way below Hawaii prices. Add $1-$2 for the sandwiches and 10cents to $1.50 to all others. Prices vary depending on location.
You need to include the big texas cheesburger as well, at least in parenthesis or something

I just paid $7.13 for a sourdough grilled chicken sandwich , what a rip off . If I could of got out of the drive thru I would have.

Order breakfast jack and small fries order came to $6.98 when I came to drive thru window I ask how much were the small fries server stated $3.98 which I replied they are high priced in which She stated that I do not make the prices just work here, will not be going back to this Jack in the box.
