Never had a bad experience with Arby’s until tonight. I was very hungry and excited to try the new Kings Hawaiian sandwich, but when I got home it smelled and tasted horrible. Both pieces of the bread had been burnt black and the smell of burnt food was coming from the whole bag. I was very disappointed with this sandwich after I had spent almost $7 on it. I hope next time I go here I will get a better sandwich that is not burnt.

Back in March, I had to spend some time in Lincoln NE. for my brother’s surgery. I was there a week, and during this I stopped at Arby’s about three times and took to my Hotel room. One night I ordered the new hamburger one, got to my room and it was RAW! ENDED up throwing it away. Never again!!!

I’m actually a manager at arbys in maryland and these prices- at least as far as my store and ones local- are incorrect. Not significantly but the prices are higher here on the site for some things, lower for others.
Why? Arby’s app really needs to be revised and updated. It seems like Arby’s management does not care so why should I. Such poor marketing on web site and and app is just bad business. Not worth the hassle.

I was so excited to try the Loaded Curly Fries. Had been seeing the commercial for the Crispy Fish and Loaded Curly Fries that were a mix-n-match that was $5.00. The website shows this as a Mix-n-Match as the same. Went to get this along with several other items and was told that I couldn’t mix! I either had to get 2 sandwiches or 2 fries, etc. Wanted to get the Steak Fajita Flatbread and was told they didn’t have any flatbread and it was no longer available on flatbread. So I asked for the sandwich to which they replied they couldn’t do that either! SO, I ordered a Philly Angus Meal (curly fries & drink included), Corned Beef Reuben a fish sandwich, 3 loaded curly fries and a chocolate shake. Price: $37.00 Got home and didn’t have the fish sandwich but had a Beef and Cheddar and only 2 orders of curly fries. Called and asked for the manager. He said he would send me a coupon to which I asked for the Corporate information. I’m pissed as the website says the fish is $2.99 and they said it was 4.99 and the reuben shows $4.99 and they charged $5.99. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant or a buffet and had a half-way decent meal for this ridiculousness.
Don’t trust any prices shown on line. If you see something you want to try, call the local store to get the prices. On line, the price of the steak fajita flatbread is shown as $4.99 …..in reality, at the store the price is $5.79.
I’m still trying to understand how my $5.69 classic meal came up to $6.49. Adding the difference in price between small and medium fries and drink doesn’t come to 80 cents more. It’s a shell game designed to hide the true price of your meal, and that’s dishonesty in my book. I love Arby’s but I don’t like being suckered.

Not all Arby’s have the specials they advertise, in small print Participating locations. Our local Arby’s does not have any specials. Arby’s corporate does not market very well. You have to call up your local location to see what if any they are participating in. It should be available by location and all should participate in specials if they want to draw more business. The prices listed are estimates and many are more than what is posted, so don’t be surprised if your order costs $5 more. I signed up for coupons and get very few

I ordered classic beef/cheese sandwich and a fries (which was a $1.00 special and a medium shake. They did not give me a receipt and I called back to tell them I got charged more than what I should have paid. She said it’s because I ordered the meal and that usually saves you a few cents. I didn’t know that and no matter what, the total should not have come to $10.07! That’s ridiculous! No matter how I add it up it does not come to this $10.07! My husband went there tonight and he didn’t get a receipt either! They don’t want you to see what you are being charged! We will think twice about going there again!

Why did the Arby’s in Bangor Maine close?? That was my favorite place to eat. The food was great and the prices very reasonable. I miss going there. The closest Arby’s now is in Augusta (Maine) about 2 1/2 hours away. Is there any chance that Arby’s will come back to the Bangor area??
I live 1 & a half hours out of the city so couldn’t return mine. I got the crispy chicken which tasted great but after about 4 or 5 bites, despite holding the sandwich carefully, everything fell out of the bun so I just ate the chicken with what left attached from the bun. Won’t be buying that again! Very disappointing.

Went to Arby’s tonight ‘s 7/12/23 Me and my husband . Had 2 fries I wanted the crinkle cut. They were not ready I had to wait my husband got curly.. the prime beef hamburger and he got the roast beef and cheddar . He asked for a cup of water she said med or large and I had a med root beer . I don’t think mine is anymore. Any way I had to wait for the root beer because they were out . Had to wait for my fries they were not ready . Our bill was 26.00 . It’s like they were sleeping . No smiles or thanks and I think they charged my husband for his water . The girl said hat worked the front didn’t know how to give change back to my husband , he had to tell her . Never gave us a receipt. Unbelievable !

Best I ever had at Arby’s was many years ago. Their classic roast beef with Cole slaw on top. It was incredible! This was in so Florida in the early 70s. I think it was called the Arbys king.
