Lion’s Choice was founded in 1967 in St. Louis, Missouri. The first store was opened in Ballwin, Missouri under the name “Red Lion Beef House”.
Although it doesn’t have many competitors, Arby’s restaurant is considered one because of its roast beef offerings. However, Lion’s Choice prices are usually higher than Arby’s due to the freshness of its beef.
