The first Dog Haus opened in Pasadena, California in 2010. Dog Haus has garnered critical acclaim for their signature all beef Haus Dogs and handcrafted proprietary Haus Sausages. All their dogs, sausages, and burgers are served on grilled King’s Hawaiian rolls.
Founded by partners Hagop Giragossian, Quasim Riaz, and Andre Vener – three friends who wanted to bring back the joys of your favorite childhood food. But if you think that means their dogs are boring and simple, you’d be wrong.
“We opened the first Dog Haus in October 2010 with a vision of combining comfort food classics and elevated culinary technique.” From their SOOO Cali with arugula to their bacon-wrapped Cowboy, we’d say they’ve achieved the goal of comfort food with culinary flare. And the public unambiguously agreed as well.
Within a year they garnered so much attention they opened a second location and six months later they opened a third. By 2013, Dog Haus began franchising, and today they have 35 locations, with 14 opening soon and 130+ locations nationwide.
