Costa Vida was founded in 2003 by JD and Sarah Gardner in Layton, Utah. The concept behind the restaurant was to create true cuisine of coastal Mexico at each restaurant location. The company relies on fresh high-quality and all-natural ingredients to accomplish the desired taste. Today, there are over 70 locations opened throughout United States and Canada.
