If you ask almost anyone who’s tried it, they’ll probably tell you it’s the best cheesecake, hands down. And judging from the response it’s received in the last decade or so, that sounds about right.
History
The Original Cheesecake recipe was created 45 years ago by the founders of Cheesecake Factory and has been a fan favorite since then. However, in 2008, the franchise introduced another winner- the Ultimate Red Velvet Cake Cheesecake. It surprised everyone by jumping into the Number 1 Spot, taking the place of the Original Cheesecake, and continuing its reign for over a year.
Inspiration
This cake was inspired by the Red Velvet Cake and the Original Cheesecake. Its a traditional red velvet cake, layered with the high-quality cream cheese icing, the original cheesecake, more icing, more red velvet, more icing, more cheesecake, and then the final icing is more than cream cheese icing. It’s full of mascarpone cheese and lots of butter.
Types of Red Velvet Cheesecake Cake
Every location closely follows the same recipe for their Red Velvet Cheesecake Cake, so they should always taste the same. But you can choose different sizes of whole cakes or just a single slice. All of the cheesecakes and specialty cakes are available for purchase at the Bakery Counter, or you can order them online for pickup. This cheesecake cake is creamy, moist, and flavorful. With layers of red velvet cake topped with cheesecake and cream cheese frosting, it’s served with a nice whipped cream dollop. The white chocolate chip shavings on the top layer of icing are imported from Europe, and their sweetness is so rich, you almost can’t finish the slice by yourself. But that’s not a problem. The slices are perfect for sharing, as the portion sizes are more than generous.

A single slice of The Cheesecake Factory’s Ultimate Red Velvet Cake Cheesecake contains 1250 calories and about a third of the recommended daily intake of both sodium and carbohydrates. It also provides 12 grams of protein, but don’t use a cheesecake slice as your protein content. Low-fat dairy or lean meats are both better choices for building muscles. Overall, it’s not the best choice for a healthy dessert, but perfect for enjoying on occasion.

At about $9 per slice, these heavenly creations might only interest you on special occasions, birthdays, or holidays. They’re the star of the show at any gathering, and they’re less expensive if you purchase the whole pie. But if you want to keep it all to yourself, these cheesecakes are freezable, and they last for up to 6 months. So you can enjoy a little slice of heaven whenever you have a sweets craving. You can even purchase your Red Velvet Cheesecake Cake pre-sliced, with pieces of parchment paper in between slices to ensure that everyone gets the same size (no fighting kids!), and the pieces don’t get stuck together. It’s one of my favorite cakes, and it’s definitely worth it.
Final Verdict
Because only fresh ingredients are used, and there are no preservatives, this won’t last long stored in your refrigerator – four to six days maximum. With a house full of cheesecake lovers, we’ve never had a problem with that. You can also store it in the freezer for up to six months, so if you can’t finish the cake in a few days, keep it for later. The taste is rich, and the texture is smooth, fluffy, and moist. The price is fair for a high-quality product. And the fact that you can store it for future midnight snacks makes it even better. I’m a big fan of this cake, along with the rest of the country.
